Into Week 31 pregnancy

18 Dec 2020

Today is the day Love and I went to Mount Alvernia for maternity tour. In the morning I had a concall with internal stakeholders and we ended the call around 9am. After that I went to clean the newly arrived drawers for Baby Lim. Into Week 31 (next week will be week 32), my belly is getting bigger and my movements are no longer as fast as I used to be. Carrying Baby Lim around in my tummy to do housework can be a challenge especially when I bend down. However, Love and I have work to do to get our nursery room complete.

During the maternity tour, the lady showed us around the wards and delivery room. We took the lift up and down, walk left and right. To be honest, we did walk quite a bit but it doesn't tire me yet because I was pretty excited. In just 2 months I will end up in one of the delivery room and ward.  I hope our son will be excited to meet us too ^^

After the tour, we decided to go home anyway. Kris is not a very outdoor person so we thought that it would best to stay home. When we are home, I began to unpack and organise baby stuff and were busy until night. There are tons and tons of baby clothes to organise and wash, putting away those breast pads, milk storage bag, samples for body bath, luandry, wet wipes, pampers samples, baby's bedsheet etc. Towards evening, Love helped to assemble the baby cot.

So far it is looking good right? There are many more things to be done but I guess we still have a little bit of time.
And here is a photo of Baby Lim. Can't figure out this is which part of his body but he is happily weighing 1.5kg 2 weeks back.

Signing off here~
