This year is the Year when both me and Xiong became 30. Thinking about it, here's what I have achieved by age 30.

I am

Happily married
Have a house i call my own
Driving License
Has a job (Right now)
Have my own insurance
Sharing a car loan with my hubby
Going to my honeymoon trip with hubby

What i plan to have:

A baby by end of next year.

I feel that having kids is the best thing for a family as Xiong and I grew up in a family with siblings. I'm not sure if i will be able to manage kids but i believe all families go through the same hardship when kids are added to family. There will definitely have lots of sacrifice, a lot of financial planning and patience. I have doubts too if i can be a good parent to my child but I believe Xiong will be a good father. He seems like he already had plans for his kid if he/she is to come to this world. He told me: Next time our child must learn piano , because i last time no chance learn. When i asked him, how far do you want your child to learn. He said: Grade 10. Is there a grade 10 in the first place? I told him learning piano is very expensive and he said: Never mind, i will pay.

Alright. We shall see.

Talking about it, i should also mention how we celebrate our birthdays. There isn't anymore outdoor activities in the past where we go cafe hopping, see gold class, chalets etc. I think our energy level are not there anymore. Now, we appreciate staying home and see korean dramas( I invested well in Netflix)/ Never a day i thought that i will pay for such subscription.

I booked a nice place near opposite MBS to celebrate our 1st Valentines' day as husband and wife. The food was alright but i could say that this place is really romantic for couples who wants to have a good view of MBS. As it was CNY, we somehow able to catch fireworks at Marina Bay Floating Platform which is just opposite of us.

It was a simple dinner and we made our way back after that.

How simple is that?

Love is when we visit new restaurant together, eat together and get fat together. I think we continue our Netflix drama when we got home that night :X

Xiong's 30th Birthday

Xiong didn't have much preference where/what he wanted for his birthday. So on that day, we did the usual, catch a movie at Nex in the morning before going to massage at Afond Spa. The last time we went there was many years back when and we love the massage and spa. They are one of the place which offer couple spa at good affordable rates. It is at Chinatown.

After the massage is done , we walked over to Soho 51 at Telok Ayer. It was 5 minutes walking distance and we reached there pretty fast. Based on the reviews, they are popular in skewers and we ordered a few to try. I must say that there are good and i would want to go back for more.

Throwback to our Valentines' Day Celebration and Xiong's 30th Birthday!

This year is the Year when both me and Xiong became 30. Thinking about it, here's what I have achieved by age 30. I am Happily marr...

Happy Chinese New Year to all of you. Seriously speaking, every year of 初一 i would be free in the morning. All of my relatives will be busy visiting their relative while my family would only meet up and have dinner on Eve and 初一. That was why I am blogging now.

And... Last weekend was Valentines' Day and Love had planned a staycation at Mandarin Orchard. It was my 2nd /3rd staycation (had previously stayed at Siloso Beach, Grand Copthorne Hotel). However, love had planned another surprise for me on the day before Valentines.

Last Friday, love sent a message to me, telling me to stay in office at all times and ask my colleagues to take turns to buy lunch. My initial thought was: Was the haze that bad that i need to say indoor? But after deciphering the emocon on his message, i realised that i was supposed to stay in office for good. And true enough, someone came knocking on the door and... ...

sent the bouquet to my hands.

I was so elated to receive the enchanting red roses. Attached was a his hand-written card which says Happy 3rd Anniversary. I counted and there were 11 of them, Did a google and it says: Be my sweetheart. Yes, I am ! Haha.

After work, Xiong came to pick me up. With the red roses on my hands, I hugged him real tight and gave him a peck on his lips. It's all these small little things which brighten my day no matter how bad it was a day at work (I did not have a bad day but it was just a saying).

These are photos of a Premier room. They have all the basic you need. They have new movies on their TV but at a cost of $18 per movie. Also, they have adult movies! At a cost of $18 too. The room was on the 25th floor but the scenery wasn't that good. It was facing the side of Takashimaya and the back of Orchard. The room cost about $300+ per night on a Valentines' Day promotion, which comes with a box of chocolate.

At 6.30pm, love had arranged dinner at Triple Three. They serve buffet style with good variety of foods. As it was a V-day special, there was a rose on most of the table.

They had Japanese (sushi and sashimi), Indian (prata, naan and curry), Seafood (Lobster, crab, mussel, etc), Western (pasta, mashed potato, ham, etc), and more. Did not have a great shot of the foods as we were busy eating away.

They also have a good range of desserts and they were all so cute and exquisite.

Very pretty isn't it? You can see heart-shaped cookies everywhere and the colour of red and pink, Romantic to the max!

After dinner, it wasn't long after love fell asleep while i was watching TV. He left me to watch TV alone until 12am when it was airing The Devil Wears Prada. I had managed to convince him that it was a superb show (definitely it was, starring Meryl Steep and Anne Hathaway).

The next day, we woke up at 8,30am, having our breakfast at 9am and checked out at 11am.

We spent our Sunday watching The Kingsmen before we head home to wash my clothes.

Then again, thanks love for the staycation though it was only 2 days 1 night. We can't afford this type of luxury every year but i hope the love we share will always stay. Happy 3rd Year anniversary!!

2nd day was simple.

We had breakfast at Bistro at level 1. They do not have lots of variety but i felt the choices are decent.
We had some omelette, cereals, rice, sausages etc. They also had fruits, muffins, desserts, soup but i did not try them all (limited stomach capacity).

Happy Valentines' Day everyone!

As any girls would be, they would doll themselves up for any special occasion. Just like me, i am a very much girly one (a vain one actually!) would doll myself up specially V-day. V-day is our anniversary day (to be exact). Bii had already planned this day (our anniversary day) few years ago as the can jolly well combine V-day present and anniversary present together. And me, it was definitely a cost-saving idea.

I bought him a French Connection watch for V-day and anniversary.

And my V-day present... is an expensive diamond necklace which i had it in my last post. I was given the magnifying glass to see the diamonds on the necklace. Cool isn't it? Im going to use that to check out my others diamond necklace :x

Oh Ya, back to topic... ...

The experience at Angel Xin (City Plaza) was a good and if i will do it again. I will go back to them.

Another week since i blogged.
Day by day it passed. So far i had been working for 8 months. Had really been a while since i joined company.

Dear had i had been together for also a year. Too fast to realise that it had been a year too. His car is finally repaired since that accident. Well, both of us are pretty still in a piece, just that this time the impact was really great that i thought i would have flown out if without seat belt. Over that weekend,dear had got us a mini get away at siloso beach in sentosa. He had planned lots of activities for us and iFly is really indeed very fun!!

In the morning, both of us hoped on a cab and headed to sentosa. our session started at 10.30am and we were praying that we wouldn't be late for the class. The instructor who taught us how to fly was really handsome haha. Throughout the whole session, we took some photos and getting into the tunnel twice. I can really fly pretty well haha. Let's go skydiving dear hahaha! :x Well, our photos did not turn out very well (cos we were flying) but managed to take a cool pic after that.

As we got hungry after flying, we decided to eat at Toast box for lunch.

The toast box in sentosa was really a money sucker. I had 5 bucks ($6.20) for mee rubus. We had no choice because the foods there were really expensive. Oh well~

At 3pm, we were able to check into the room. We stayed there once and dear felt that it was a pretty nice place to stay in, so this was the second time we've been there.

At night, dear had reserved a table at skyloft. A very romantic places as i couldn't really see anything except for lights. Hmmm, the firework wasn't very impressive as dear had thought it to be.A disappointment for dear i guess. The food there were... just so-so and it was very expensive too.

We spent our night in vivo city watching journey to the west. As expected of chou xing chi, his movies are pretty lame. But i quite like this movie because it wasn't very 肤浅 haha! After movie we ran all the way back to sentosa station to get on the last train. Luckily we made it hahaha!

On the second day, dear had planned a number of activities for me too! We went to visit the aquarium in experiential museum! There's lots of funny fishes swimming around us and there's so much more to see. Some fishes were like so lazy to swim to us as we couldn't find much sharks when we just entered. The whole walk-about took us 1.5 hours as we had rested inside for a while too.

There's lots of jellyfishes and star fish! I get to touch starfish once for my whole entire life! So hard. I always thought starfish would be like jelly but hell no! They are just like cement with rough surface.:x It was really fun and relaxing lingering around the aquarium haha. But we had next activities waiting for us

And dear brought me to the ... incanto!! It was musical magic but it was quite interesting to see magic with our own eyes. Luckily, no one was hurt during the show haha. Dear had definitely spent a lot for that 2 days.. I hoped you did enjoyed as well as i do. Muakz!

Saying about the visiting, it was my first time visiting my dear's relative after a year. I was kinda shy as his cousin were already grown up. His cousins are very nice people and xiong definitely is close to them. It was really nice to know who he grew up with. My dear is definitely someone with thick skin when he's just with his family. And i know where his gambling habits come from. No wonder dear is macam A 赌神。Lol!
